Most people have no idea whether their supplements actually work. We built a test into the box so you can find out. You take a 60-second baseline test before you start, follow the 7-day protocol, then test again. The difference between those two scores is yours.

The Lab is your personal cognitive performance dashboard. It stores your LIFT Scores session by session so you can track how your performance changes over time. Your data belongs to you. You can export or delete it at any time.
We want to be completely straight with you. The LIFT Protocol is in its founding member phase. We do not yet have peer-reviewed data from our own program. The ingredient research referenced on the site comes from published third-party studies on the individual compounds. Our full results will be published when the founding program completes, regardless of outcome.
Most magnesium supplements use Magnesium Oxide because it is cheap. The problem is it barely reaches the brain.
